Greenberg Expands Leadership Team
Greenberg has added three senior people to its leadership team. Diana Bailey and Faith Markham both join as Vice Presidents, Strategic Planning, reporting to Iwan Thomis, Chief Strategy Officer. Laura Sigman joins to head up all marketing activities in the newly created role of Director of Marketing, reporting to Kim Lundgren, President.
Named the first winner of Women in Research’s (WIRe) Best Places to Work award this past September, Greenberg adds to its leadership team during a time that sees significant year-over-year growth. These new appointments also mark the expansion of east-coast management to better serve business needs.

Diana Bailey has worked in the industry for more than 15 years and has built and led high-performing research teams in North and South America. Prior to Greenberg, Diana held senior-level roles at Hall & Partners and Kantar’s Millward Brown. She is based in Los Angeles.
Faith Markham joins Greenberg with more than 20 years of market research and brand consulting experience. She was most recently Insights Director with brand consultancy The PARAGRAPH Project and spent 10 years with Omnicom’s Hall & Partners. Faith is based in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina.
Laura Sigman brings more than 20 years of diverse B2B and B2C experience to Greenberg. She joins from Kantar’s Lightspeed Research, where she led external and internal marketing communications initiatives for the Americas’ region and was a member of Kantar’s North America marketing executive committee. Laura is based in Hoboken, NJ.
